Part 107 Ace has no user accounts and no login. Your study progress lives in your own browser (localStorage) — we never see it. We collect almost nothing about you.
Study progress. Your answers, scores, and weak-area queue are stored locally in your browser and never sent to us. Clear your browser data and it's gone.
Payment. If you buy the $9.99 lifetime upgrade, checkout is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — Stripe passes us only a confirmation that payment succeeded and, if you provide it, your email for the receipt.
Security & infrastructure. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and request data to block attacks and speed up delivery. Standard server logs (IP, timestamp, page requested) are kept briefly for security and debugging.
We don't sell your data, run ad trackers, or share your information with anyone except the providers below, who process it only to run the service.
Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting/security), and our infrastructure host. Each processes only what it needs, under its own privacy terms.
Since we hold essentially no personal data, there's little to request — but if you bought the upgrade and want your purchase record accessed or deleted, email [email protected] and we'll handle it. Depending on where you live (EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA) you may have formal access and deletion rights; we honor them regardless of where you're from.
This is a study tool for adults preparing for an FAA certification and isn't directed at children under 13.
